Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

This raffle is operated in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005 and Small Society Lottery regulations.

By purchasing a raffle ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any entry not complying with these Terms and Conditions will be invalid. The decision of Winston’s Wish in all matters relating to the raffle is final.

2. Eligibility

Entrants must:

a. Be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.

b. Be a resident of the United Kingdom.

c. Not purchase or attempt to purchase a raffle ticket on behalf of anyone under the age of 18.

d. Provide accurate and complete entry information, including name and contact details.

Winston’s Wish reserves the right to request proof of age and eligibility. Failure to provide such proof may result in disqualification.

3. Entry

Entry costs £2.00 per ticket, payable in advance.

Each ticket represents one entry only.

Tickets may not be sold to, or by, anyone under 18 years of age.

Tickets for the raffle may be purchased:

• Online via Charity Hive, and
• Offline using official physical raffle tickets issued by Winston’s Wish.

All valid online and physical entries are combined into a single draw pool. All entries have an equal chance of winning.

4. Late Entries

Entries received after the published closing date and time will not be entered into the raffle draw and will be treated as a donation to Winston’s Wish.

5. Early Bird Bonus Draw 

Entrants who purchase raffle tickets before 20th February will be automatically entered into an additional Early Bird bonus draw.

The Early Bird bonus draw is open to both online and physical entries received before the stated deadline and is conducted separately from the main raffle draw using a fair and random method.

6. The Draw

The Winston’s Wish Mega Spring Raffle draw will take place on 30 March 2026, or if this is not possible, on the next available working day.

The winner(s) will be selected at random from the combined list of all eligible entries. The results of the draw are final.

7. Prizes

Prizes are as advertised. No cash alternatives are available unless stated otherwise.

Winston’s Wish reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value, or at its sole discretion, the cash equivalent, if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

8. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified using the contact details provided at the time of entry.

 If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of the draw, Winston’s Wish reserves the right to redraw the prize.

9. Refunds

Raffle entries are non-refundable, except in the event that the raffle is cancelled by Winston’s Wish.

10. Gift Aid

Raffle ticket purchases are not eligible for Gift Aid.

Gift Aid can only be claimed on separate voluntary donations where no benefit is received in return.

11. Responsible Gambling

Winston’s Wish encourages responsible gambling.

12. Promoter and Registration

This raffle is promoted by Winston’s Wish, Regus, 31 Worcester Street, Gloucester, GL1 3AJ Registered Charity Number 1061359 (England and Wales), SC041140 (Scotland).

Winston’s Wish is registered with Gloucester City Council in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005 (Small Society Lottery regulations).
